After spending some years on the market, the Baltyboys Estate in County Wicklow, Ireland was acquired by William Montgomery on behalf of an English entrepreneur.
|The Ardbraccan Estate, County Meath, Ireland.
As a result of William Montgomery's overseas connections, the Ardbraccan Estate in County Meath, Ireland was acquired on behalf of an American client.
|Ballynatray Demesne, County Cork, Ireland.
William Montgomery bought this derelict property in Ireland, which had been gutted by fire, on behalf of European clients who then retained his services to rebuild and restore the house and surrounding estate. The rebuilding project was carried out in conjunction with Mervyn Cable, former director of Savills.
In addition, 150,000 young trees were planted as part of an extensive Estate Management project.
|The Nyn Park Estate, Hertfordshire.
The Nyn Park Estate in Hertfordshire was acquired on behalf of a European entrepreneur. We were then retained to apply for planning permission to build a country house on the site of the original ruined property, and to advise on the appointment of architects, landscape consultants and environmental consultants to carry out research, surveys and studies on endangered species.

Sarsden House in Oxfordshire was purchased on behalf of a European businessman who also retained William Montgomery to oversee the restoration of the 18th Century park designed by Thomas Repton.

Upper Terrace House in London was the former home of Lord Clark (author of 'Civilisation') and was purchased on behalf of a European entrepreneur.
