As a result of William Montgomery's overseas connections, the Ardbraccan Estate in County Meath, Ireland was acquired on behalf of an American client.
William Montgomery bought this derelict property in Ireland, which had been gutted by fire, on behalf of European clients who then retained his services to rebuild and restore the house and surrounding estate.
